On April 11, 1983, the petition was filed in the Youth Court of Missoula County, alleging that B.D.C. was a delinquent youth and that he had committed acts which if - Page 218 committed by an adult would constitute deliberate homicide under Sections 45-5-102(a) and 45-2-302(3), MCA. The State then moved to transfer the case to adult court under Section 41-5-206, MCA.
